			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>As you all know Dr. Grigg is from Minnesota and is a huge Vikings Fan, but I think that I have found something out.  I believe that #4 really went to the Vikings to get back at all Vikings fans.  He never really wanted them to go to the Superbowl, he just wanted everyone to think that they might.  With just a couple of seconds left he throws a terrible ball and loses the game for the Vikings.  He got all the Vikings fans with the greatest joke of all, losing in the NFC championship game.  He really is just the greatest Packer ever.  By making the Vikings Fans think that they could win only to throw a pass that he has not thrown all year.  This is just a question that I had so maybe all of you could tell me if this is true or not.</p>

3.Keep a smooth motion during the lift,no jerking or swinging motions.<br />
4.Change your workout every 4-6 weeks. Make the body adapt,  without this your body will not change at all.<br />
5. Train with a partner. It helps to be accountable to someone else, and you can set goals with your partner.<br />
There are other tips but these will help start the new year off right.</p>
